Why such a big box?

I was happy to receive my goods very quickly and at a competaive price.
Communications were good too.
However when the box arrived the external box was badly crushed. I signed for the pack because I wanted to complete delivery and was hopefull the internal boxes would be safe.
The big box contained a heavy sealer and roller. They both were fine and safe in their boxes. However there was too much space around these boxes and so the external box had crumpled.
If they had been in a smaller outer box or some robust space filling had been used the problem would not have happened.
The actural products work fine and arrived un-damaged. I would order again.
