Frustrating to buy bulbs and then find they are out of stock.

Delivery has always been quick before but many items on my bulb orders were sold to me then refunded because they were out of stock. Frustrating experience to buy bulbs and then find they are out of stock. They then came back in to stock but I could not buy them without paying another lot of postage and placing another order!!!!!!!
