Expecting an important delivery before 12.00 today. Still not arrived. According to the sender, no one seems to be able to get hold of the driver!!! I have read elsewhere that they have GPS trackers in Van. Why can't they give me some sort of update. I still can't find no. for cust services so I can contact them!!! Appalling!
No call nothing It's 5.15pm, Just noticed on the tracking site that they have changed the delivery status to back at depot. They will redeliver tomorrow AM before 10. (How can something that has not been delivered be redelivered?) No explanation, No apology, Nothing. Still this is 2012, this is the UK & I am dealing with a courier company, (or at least trying to!) If only they had a contact number!
