Efficient and helpful

Good website made ordering easy. I needed to add on removal of old appliance and this was dealt with via a phone all (although it took some time to get a reply). The delivery itself was very efficient. I was able to specify a day, and then approximate time of delivery was available on the website the day before. The driver phoned to let me know he was on his way so I didn't have to stay in to wait. I would certainly use fires-cookers again and highly recommend them. My rating would have been 5 stars had the phone been answered more quickly.
