good service, but blackout blind material and holes through blinds for cords, really
The site is easy to use and with helpful advice on measuring etc. The service and delivery were good.
The only drawback and its a big one... ordered a blackout material for pleated blinds and instead of running strings through loops attached to the fabric the strings are run through the blind making the blackout material a laugh as there are 2 lines of holes all the way down each blind.
Its a real shame as otherwise I like the product. Managed muck up my order and selected quantity 2 of the wrong size blind so have had to order another one... hope the fabric doesn't alter too much between batches!

We provided a page solely based on technical information for each of the products we sell it can be found on the left hand navigation of the website.

We have provided a picture of the Pleated blind where it can be clearly seen to have holes in the fabric to allow for the strings.
We strongly advise all our customers to visit the information page to research the product and understand what you will be receiving before you place your order.
The pleated blind fabric is indeed a blackout but we need to attached the cord to the fabric hence the holes your suggestion re string is a good idea in theory but you still have to attach the string to the fabric in some way!
We also provide technical information along side each fabric selected, it explains for the fabric you have selected as providing 75% blackout properties. This would be due to the holes and the gap around the blind within the window.
The fabric itself is 100% blackout but due to manufacturing 25% of that is lost.
