HMMM! NOT TOO IMPRESSED!
BOUGHT THE TILES BY SPEAKING TO PERSON IN OFFICE WHO DID NOT MENTION THAT THERE WAS A SYSTEM OF SAMPLES. TURNS OUT THAT TILES ,ALTHOUGH CALLED THE SAME NAME AS OUR EXISTING WAS ACTUALLY SUBSTANTIALLY DIFFERENT IN COLOUR. TOO LATE TO CHANGE SO WE HAVE TO LIVE WITH TWO BATHROOMS WITH DIFFERENT TILES!!!

Having looked back through our records we would always advise that customers placing orders online purchase a sample first.
Unfortunatley different tile suppliers may from time to time use the same name but we cannot always guarantee that the products are indeed the same. This is why our sample service is so important.
As per our websites, we do offer a collection service and would have been happy to give you a refund for your tiles.
