I placed my order on 4th November I paid for next day delivery but nothing arrived I chased the order on 12th November was informed the parcel had been damaged in transit and asked if I still wanted it, I said yes then heard nothing. on the 19th November I chased them agin by raising a ticket I got no reply, on the 20th November I tried to ring them 3 times and was placed on hold on all 3 occasions for at least 20 minutes and I still didnt get to speak to anyone, I have raised another ticket including my phone number but I am still awaiting a response. I would like to comment on the products but so far I havent recieved any just a big dent in my bank balance
