I was having a Spanish dinner party and ordered some cheese and ham from the Tapas co. When the order arrived one of the cheeses was missing, and seemed to have been replaced by a much larger similar cheese. I took a photo and emailed the company and im pleased to say they dealt with it well. I was given a sincere apology and told it must have been a mix up in the warehouse. I was told I could keep the bigger cheese. Obvioulsy, not a great first impression as the order was incorrect but it was dealt with very well and I would use/ reccomend you again.
