not great: poor communication, disappointing results.
poor communication: i had to chase up find the progress and expected delivery time. A simple b/w print job took 3 days.
disappointing results: what I got back was a lo-res print, where the site indicated this was best for graphic works.

Many thanks for your review. Our turn around times for black and white are up to five days as stated on our printing pages and price lists.
Our system sends a confirmation email when you place your order and another is sent when the print is due to be collected or is posted via Royal Mail. We've also recently updated our first email to include all print turn around times and mounting and framing times.
With regards to your print, could you let us know the file size and resolution you uploaded, plus the print size you opted for? If you could email these to info@metro-print.co.uk we can take a look and make sure you selected the correct size for your file.
