Interparcel

SHAMBOLIC!!

I sold an audio mixer on ebay and this company was chosen as the courier. A dirty unmarked van arrived and the parcel was snatched from my hands by the passenger. I felt unsure as to wether this was a courier or an opportunist theif, so as a precaution I noted the reg. of the van. After a few days when the parcel had failed to reach it's destination I raised my concerns with interparcel. A short time later I was paid a visit by their couriers, whom had been told of my contact and were taking it personally. a week or so later I was asked for a description of the parcel, which I provided. I was then told that they would have 'a look around' for it, which may take 5 days. After 5 days they finally admitted to losing the parcel. A good company to use only if you want to be threatened by a white van man and have your valuables lost. Oterwise AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
