Customer Satisfaction means NOTHING!

Received product, was very disappointed in quality of photo on mug. Wrote and sent a photo of the product received, complained about the quality, said they would redo it if I paid 70% + shipping. No refund or product satisfaction with this company. Would recommend not purchasing a mug with photos - will try Walmart instead, cheaper and no shipping charges. After I stated that this was unacceptable - they never replied back to make it right! Very poor customer service.
