Great Product - Great Customer Service

Purchased the Canon 550D a good £100 cheaper than anywhere else on the internet that I could see.
I received a phone call a day later informing me that because it was discontinued it would come direct from the factory in a 'white box'. They were extremely apologetic about this and threw in a discounted battery and SD card.
The white box wasn't even an issue to me, it will live in the cupboard for the rest of it's days.
The camera arrived within a few days via DHL and the camera is perfect. Great order!
