Cut a long story short, bought my Felt F4130 105 sometime in August/September 2012 via the cycle to work scheme. All the staff I dealt with and in particular Richard couldn't have been more helpful, answered emails quickly and were very patient when it come to my work slowing down the process a little.
The bike itself was set up perfectly, arrived by courier really well packaged (and very shinny) just had to turn the handlebars… thats it!!
High recommend Global Bikes, my only wish would be that they were my local bike shop.
I just purchased a pair of shoes for my wedding which were beautiful and arrived quickly, only they didn't fit and having paid full price they were discounted 20% within two days so i decided to return them. As their website states they deliver with royalmail and returns are supposedly easy just return to royal mail. WRONG. Apparently because my order was delivered with parcelforce i have been told my order needs to be collected by parcelforce and that i should allow a whole day for collection from 0800hrs until 1600hrs!! As this is not possible for me, (i wonder who it is possible for) i requested an alternative. I have not had a reply, i also tried to contact customer service by phone, apparently its closed because of sickness!!!!!!!!!!!!!
