The tickets for my event never actually arrived, and Viagogo appear to deny responsibility for this, when it is stated in their guarantee that tickets will be delivered by the day of the event.
I am still waiting to hear back as regards a refund, I contacted a week ago and still no response.
There is no direct phone number making communication more than difficult to ask questions or seek help. I believe that my problem (of not having my tickets delivered) would have been avoided had I been able to talk directly with a company representative.
I will avoid future dealings with the company.
