This is the first time I've used Shiply. The first courier I selected cancelled on me after 3 weeks, the night before they were supposed to pick up my item. I got back on Shiply that morning, by the next day my item was picked up and delivered! I called Shiply about the courier that cancelled on me, they were very helpful in refunding my Shiply fees and my deposit.
I will definitely use this service again!
