Feel Good Contact Lenses

Inconsistent - next day delivery took 7 days with no apology/compensation

Just before I was due to go on holiday I realised that I was almost out of my daily lenses so put in a next day delivery order - having spent hundreds of pounds each year with FGCL (I like daily lenses) I thought they could be trusted and all would be well.....THE DELIVERY TOOK 7 DAYS!! So they didn't arrive in time for my holiday, so the sights of Madrid were pretty blurry.

I called several times to find out where my lenses were and the customer service I received was rubbish- no information and no follow up. The tracking service was not working for some reason. I emailed several times to see if I'd have more luck with a different form of communication but didn't receive a response at all! I should've kept calling/emailing until I at least got a refund on my not-so-next-day delivery, but I had better things to do with my life.

Only decided to write this review as to be entered into a draw, the prize being some free lenses - thought this was my best shot at compensation!
