Bad Customer Serice

I bought what was supposed to be a new unit, when it arrived it was clearly second hand!
I emailed RGB straight away with my concerned and requested either a replacement unit or a refund. RGB responded simply stating that were non in stock and that they would arrange collection of the second hand unit. There was no apology for the inconvenience caused. This was over a week ago, and there is still no sign of them collecting the unit, or more importantly, my refund! I sent them a reminder email on Friday, to which I had no reply!
I need my money refunded ASAP so that I can buy a replacement unit from another retailer, but the lack of communication is really concerning me!
Again, very unsatisfied with their customer service!

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused unfortunately the wrong unit was sent out and the unit will be collected and refunded in full.
