Big disappointment.

I have ordered an instagram print a few months back and after a couple of days since placing the order I have received a phonecall from metroprint asking me the details of my ordered print as they got lost on their database. The person I spoke to assured me later that they have since found the details and my order had been processed and would be delivered shortly.
When my order arrived the print was in the wrong size and not as what I ordered.
I have later tried to contact metroprint, but there was no answer on the phone and my email did not get any reply - I am in fact still awaiting any contact from them.
Shame as I liked their online offer.

Being our first customer for the new instagram prints our system experienced some teething issues with getting this started.
