First-time user. Very pleased with the service
While walking the dog, I met someone who told me about medic animal. Very good range of products and prompt service. They supplied sensitivity diet for at a good price. The only thing that went wrong was the supplies being left in the open by the back door of our home instead of in a store room as I had requested. Luckily, it had not rained before we returned.

Quick replacement for lost dog lead
When I lost my favourite Police Training lead, I needed another one quickly. Pet shops used to sell them but no more. Finding VioVet online was a pleasant surprise. The new lead came promptly at a good price and just as described. My only disappointment is that the manufacturer has changed the design for the worse. It is now slightly too long and thinner, which is less comfortable in use.
