I was really impressed with the service I received with memory form warehouse. I was treated like a friend and I totally trusted the advice I received from them. For years I have hated going away on holiday because I was afraid of what the bed was going to be like. I usually spend 2 weeks of sleepless nights. I suffer from fibromyalgia and the matress is very important. I was looking for a travel memory foam matress to go to Holland. When I spoke to the advisor I was torn between two matresses. She told me she would send me one to try and If it was not right she would change it. When it came it was not the right one for me. The replacement came within a few days. This one was perfect. I had a really good holiday and most importantly I slept!
