I purchased a NAS Storage unit on the 14th Oct, but after it failed to be delivered in the specified time. I contacted them via the email portal. After being told it was not in stock (1 week after the order placed) i was offered the option to wait or cancel. As i needed the item urgently i cancelled and was told a refund would follow 'shortly'.
I thought it was illegal to advertise items which were not in stock?
I chased their customer services a number of times and spoke to them after waiting 40 minutes in the phone queue. Then i was told refunds take 2 - 4 Weeks! And it was their fault that the goods were not available!
As i got more frustrated with them the customer services lady laughed! Not what you call front line customer services. I have issued two further emails asking for a refund and raising a formal complaint - no response what so ever.
Well i am now 6 weeks after my order was placed, no NAS Drive and no refund. To state they are frustrating is polite. They do not deserve to be trading with service like this. Perhaps time to appoint legal advice and action.
Please be very wary of this company, they are not a people company and do not seem to understand 'Service'.
