Priced Well....Service Poor
Boohoo is known for well priced items...in fashion not always the best quality but you get what you pay for. However my recent two orders have made me reluctant to order from them again...Poor tracking service...poor refund service.....

High quality goods, Poor delivery
I've been using very for years, ordering anything from a fridge to a jumper...the products have always been of good quality and have only had to return something if I didn't like it down to personal taste. HOWEVER Very have recently moved to a new courier called Yodel and I've had nothing but problems ever since. 1) They do not follow the instructions made at time of order I.e leave with neighbour 2) I've missed delivery and re-arranged to collect from the depot, only when I go to the depot it's been sent back out with the driver 3) more recently I have been charged for an item which I have not received, this item is £95. I signed for a very gift which should have come with this item and now my account is showing that I have received this item.
Delivery service is VERY poor ( no pun intended)
