Frustrating

I really wish companies would stop using Yodel because it's killing us.

I waited in all day for a phone to arrive via CarphoneWarehouse and at 5:30pm my tracking number status changed to "Vehicle breakdown, delayed by 24 hours" which I don't really believe. Sounds like someone just wants to finish early and get down the pub.

24 hours later (a Saturday) and the parcel still never turned up. Now it's a wait till Monday to see if I remain disappointed again.
