Was not satisfied. Did not receive order or shipping confirmation. When I called to inquire if my order had shipped, I was informed that there was a delay because it was not processed on time.

I apologize for the delay in your order being shipped, however when I tracked your shipment I show it was delivered on 11/14/12. If you have not received your package, can you please check with your local Post Office so they can locate your package as they are showing it delivered.
