I was given the wrong product, someone else was given mine, of my 12m old child!!!!
I rang 4x, was given an email address that said they can't reply to my email address I'd sent my complaint from (I used 3 diff email addresses to get hold of them!!)
I got no support, their contact centres a joke, lots of empty words to make sure they pass their call quality tests at work!
I doubt ill ever find out what happened to my baby's pictures. A replacement was sent to me but is that really the support I'm looking for from vistaprint?
