I went into their Huddersfield store to purchase a laptop and have to say that the guy we spoke to was helpful and knowledgable. He told us a printer was o/s and we would get the laptop and printer by Friday (this was Monday). We said that was ok as we were on holiday that week so could take delivery any day. We paid for ND delivery. Friday came and no tracking details on site, so after waiting an hour or so to see if it updated I called customer services. I explained the situation, and was told I had agreed to delivery on Monday, this was wholly untrue. I had an email stating Friday, but someone at there end had simply changed the delivery day without letting me know or asking if that was convenient (it wasn't). I decided that cancelling was a good option before I had to rely on their aftersales service. I have now been told I will get a refund in 5 - 10 days which seems to be considerably longer than it took them to take the money from our account.
Good quality product. Good Price. Very poor customer service. Ordered 3 costumes. 5 day service. waited 7 days, not able to contact on phone despite numerous attempts. Sent sales several emails with no answer. Eventually pulled all emails off site, and said I would report fraud if no response. Very quick reply. Apparently waiting for stock. Sent 2 emails asking for it to be sent to new address due to wait. Both ignored neither replied to, sent to original address after 12 days causing further problems.
