I Am what you would call a very difficult to please customer I try clothes on in the store and am satisfied the fit and quality of the garment is to my liking but when I get it home I find that things are not what they appeared to be, Either the fit is not right or the quality is not as good as I thought it was, I frustrate My wife to distraction and more often than not we finish up arguing. I purchased A Hugo Boss leather Jacket From the web site and waited in great anticipation, finally when the jacket arrived My wife persuaded me that it was too small so being paranoid I took it back to the store in Northampton.the staff were great.exchanged it no problem. After a few days I realised that this jacket was too large so I took it back to Nottingham and asked for the the smaller size again, they were brilliant, exchanged it no questions asked even gave me a suit bag. I am now home again and am very pleased. What more could I ask, Thank you very much.I would recommend this company to anyone. kind regards David Cooper
I checked my oil level and found it low removed the the filler cap and placed it on the top of the engine, put some oil in and with a cloth wiped it off but unfortunately I knocked the filler cap into the engine compartment. Could I find? could I hell.
I was truely in a fix. Fortunately help was at hand, I made a call and with in a short time my problems were solved, I received a filler cap the follwing day.
