Many a time I've dreaded ordering things online due to bad past experiences when it comes to delivery. Drivers leaving cards when you are in, not bothering to even try and find your house, the list goes on.
I'm happy to report that when it comes to DPD, there are NO negative points. As soon as they receive your parcel from that well known online retailer, you receive a text and an email. Throughout the process you are kept informed of where the parcel is and you can track it whenever you want to.
Next, the best part is that you are given a 'window' for delivery, usually a specific hour. I've had around ten parcels delivers by DPD over the last year, and EVERY estimated delivery time has been spot on.
