Age Partnership

Great service and an improved offer.

I came across Age Partnership almost by accident, I had already got on-line quotes from a couple of websites and written quotes from one company. I had also spent some time pondering over the best options to take that suited me eg fixed or RPI tracking etc. When I used the Age Partnership on-line calculator it gave me slightly improved results to others I had used. I then received a call from Age Partnership and agreed to confirm my details over the phone, this produced an even better offer. I had a friendly phone conversation with the annuity consultant and gave her details of a health problem I have, and was told I may be eligible for an enhanced offer. An appointment was made for her to call me back the next week. Within days I received the good news via Email that she had been able to negotiate an enhanced offer approx 60% greater than any I had previously been offered. I then received written confirmation and forms in the post. The forms had already been completed as much as possible based on the information I had provided and I was helped with filling in other parts during the prearranged return phone call.
Once I had sent the forms off I was regularly kept informed by phone from Age Partnership of the progress of my annuity.
Everything went very smoothly and I am more than happy to recommend the friendly and professional service of Age Partnership.
