I've ordered quite a few times from MyProtein over the last 3 years or so and in the last year the service has got progressively worse. This time I ordered on the Friday, paying for more than I needed to meet the next day delivery quota. I expected my stuff on the Tuesday, even though it was DPD so apparently should have been the Monday (not quite sure on that). Some of my order arrived on the Thursday and some on the Friday. Eventual dispatch email said some items may be delivered separately when available, or similar. No word of an apology. The delay actually inconvenienced me quite a lot as I changed the delivery address based on my availability. I always liked the products but the service has now put me off. I won't order again.
