Lovely kitchen but salesperson was quite pushy

The kitchen is very nice and the fitting was excellent. The fitters (Joe and Will) were great, very quick, efficient and completing the work to a great standard.

However, we found the sales person to be quite pushy. We didn't receive a breakdown of the costs (e.g. how much each unit cost), and felt the price had been pulled from thin air. We would have also liked to have seen a computer image/ design of the kitchen before going ahead, but all we had was a paper plan. The finance plan wasn't that easy to understand and it felt like the sales person was very keen to push this option. We felt pressured into proceeding which left us feeling a little unsure about the kitchen.

After we had reluctantly gone ahead things were very smooth. The technical survey was very helpful and gave us the 3D image we had been waiting for (albeit a little basic). The latest survey time was 6pm, which was a little early for us but we managed to make the appointment.

After the survey we thought it would be 4-6 weeks before the kitchen could be installed but 2 weeks later Bettaliving called to say it could be installed the following week! It was a very quick process.

The kitchen arrived flat-pack the day before installation, the fitters arrived at 8am the next day to start the installation.

We really love the finished result and it is much nicer than our old kitchen, it is just a shame that they were aggressive at the start of the process.
