The necklace was broken in the box when I opened it. I never even removed it from it's packaging. I requested a full refund and I am just waiting for them to receive the item back and hope this goes smoothly.
They did offer to send a new one after they received the broken one but the quality was so poor I felt a full refund was what I wanted.
