When I first ordered my necklace, I was a little worried because I didn't receive any type of confirmation for my purchase. I sent two emails in the week following my purchase requesting some sort of confirmation which went unanswered. That's when I really started to panic. So I decided to look up some reviews on the site and I came to this one. Another customer said that writing a review and posting a comment on their Facebook site garnered the immediate attention of the company's customer service, and so I followed her advice. I immediately received emails and phone calls with the requested info. Melissa and Autumn from CS were wonderful, and even went so far as to give me a 10% refund for my troubles. Very happy!
I can't find a contact number on their website, and I never received an order confirmation e-mail. Also, when I try to track my order, it says that there is no tracking information available for my order. I have e-mailed them twice now with no response and after reading these reviews, I'm really scared that I'll never get this necklace although I was charged for it. I really wanted it before Christmas, but that probably won't be the case. Wish I'd done my homework before ordering from here :(.
