The reason I would give only three stars is the terrrible web site. It is very confusing to chart a course through. It's especially awkward to tie in being sent a pair of frames to test at home and being able to buy the same. You would think when you were sent the frames that you would be given a code so as to buy it if you choose, but no, you have to go right back to the beginning again. This is one of the few websites where I had to ring for assistance. Special offers on second pairs are not as attractive as they would seem, as they do not take into account cost of lenses. Still there is a saving on high street prices and they have a fantastically speedy delivery system, so I might be tempted to use them again.
