Unbeatable for service and value
My second order with Betterbathrooms, as before no problems, excellent communication kept me in touch with progress at each stage, even the courier showed high service level and communicated well.
Goods arrived well packed, easy to handle and at agreed time -
Will certainly deal with again - well chuffed!

Good service if the situation is simple
Service was efficient but needed some chasing, Didn't explain what was going on, or how to handle financial side or any financial agreement.
Recommended for the simplest of procedures where there are no children and no assets to be divided or agreed on, but for anything requiring discussion I would use a lawyer.
Customer service was reasonable and I did get to talk to the person allocated to the case, but sometimes had to wait for a call back - seems reasonable.
