Delivery (which was free) was bang on time - the carrier gives you a one-hour window so you don't need to wait in all day.
The guitar was securely packaged and beautifully set up.
I e-mailed a question regarding the strings (I didn't want to ruin the setup by replacing the strings with the wrong gauge) and got a reply within a couple of hours.
If I can talk the wife into letting me have another guitar (it would be number 9 :) ) I'll definitely get it from guitarguitar.
