I had excellent service from your chat rooms after I had great difficulty making a booking due to difficulty dealing with a forgotten paasword due to an inability to get through aproblem that still remains. The instructions end with web sitewhich contains no way ahead except close If you can advise me on this it would be welcome as I still cannot get through
