Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable person on the phone.

I telephoned and spoke to someone from Orca Logic to get an answer that I was not sure about. She answered my question (without making me feel like a complete dunce!), and helped me choose what I needed, and then sent the items which arrived the next day.
