Ordered a Macbook Air through Groupon. Put in order on 1/11/2012. I still have not recieved the item on the 21/11/2012. To start off it took 7 days to be despatched. Once despatched on the 7/11/2012 i was told (via their online message service) it was being delivered by Royal Mail and had no tracking number. Over the next few days still no delivery. I called (had to wait 40 mins on an 08 number. Be warned patience required) and they then told me i had to wait 10 working days before they investigated. On the 19/11/2012 no package came. I called and messaged. They told me that the package was despatched via DPD with a tracking number (first time i was given this information was on the 19/11/2012). They tried 3 times to deliver and they say they left delivery notes. I was working at home all this time. No delivery note was ever left. I called the Hut and DPD to check they had the correct address and they did. I called and messaged the Hut several times to organise another delivery. After many apologies from them they promised it would be delivered via next day delivery. Well two days later, still no package, no new tracking number and a very angry customer. Their deals are enticing, but i will never use them again. I strongly advise anyone thinking of using them direct or via Groupon, it is best to avoid them and seek another deal elsewhere unless you are prepared to wait. Worst online shopping experience i have ever had. Never again!!
