Quick and easy on-line service,
Best deal on this little Vintage vtg100n 'leftie'. Checked by phone to see it was in stock, as this wasn't clear on-line. Then ordered it Friday, tracked the FedEx link and received it first thing Monday.
Smooth and simple. Very pleased, plus a free capo, can't ask for more

Reidy's strong on-line presence is matched by their professional and enthusiastic staff
I went to Reidy's to order a Washburn HB15 because they were priced competitively and I liked their on-line presence. On the phone their staff were helpful and enthusiastic which was reassuring as I was buying a guitar without trying it out first.
My only criticism would be that as the guitar wasn't in stock and had to be ordered directly from Washburn I was quoted 5 to 10 working days. In all it was more like three weeks, and I had to keep ringing Reidy's to find out what was going on. I think they could have been more pro- active in keeping me informed of what was going on.
But I cannot fault the rest of their service, and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
