I ordered this product for my sister and was told delivery would be within 48 hours. The Dysan did not arrive during this time and when I chased it with the store I was told the order had been cancelled because the billing and payment address were different. I was not contacted at all or informed that there was a problem, so time was wasted waiting for the delivery. I then re-ordered the product online and the service was excellent, it was delivered by 10.00am the following morning.
