Hi Chris. Sorry to hear about your bad experience here. We only use mainstream carriers and require a signature. In this case individuals at the carrier company let us down, but this is not typical of their service - we simply wouldn't have the time or inclination to sort out such problems on a regular basis. I hope when considering using us again, you look at the speed of our response to the problem and the fact that your particular item we have sold many hundreds of over the years with little incident.
