Excellent customer service

Thank you to Neil, the person who answered the phone and was really calm and helpful. I had a humble guy over the phone who helped me to his best.

The option of getting a call back is amazing. within a minute I got a call back! I got what I wanted. The flight options given to me suited me very well and I price offered was also cheaper than any other website. Although, I wanted a bit more luggage allowance . But of course this is just the airline who restrict baggage.

Overall, I had a great time over the phone, I even got chance to discuss the flights with my family whilst Neil was on hold.

I am glad to choose Ebookers and I will strongly recommend this to everyone.
