Excellent company to deal with, keeps you updated through whole booking process.

HotelDirect is a very good, friendly user website, that offers very good value for money hotels. I booked the Holiday Inn Express at Greenwich, because it was the nearest hotel for the O2 Arena. Staff at Hotel Direct kept me fully informed of progress on my initial enquiry and confirmation of booking. I even received an e-mail from them the day before I was due to stay at the hotel, informing me that they had contacted the Holiday Inn to check that all was fine. I would recommend HotelDirect to friends and family and will certainly use them again in the future.
