We have had a kitchen a bedroom and a bathroom from Bettaliving. First the good, the bedroom room was fantastic the product is great and the fitter really helpful, we had a damaged top the company got a replacement in 2 days and was fitted within the overall fitment time, no problems. The not so good, the bathroom, the measurements bmy the surveyor ( paid for as a separate service) were not to accurate so the design would not fitt. The fitter was fantastic he redesigned on the fly and the end result is fantastic, no help from Bettaliving. We had to arrange to return some unused items to get a refund. This was not a simple process and I am still waiting for notification of the refund. Now the bad, the kitchen, first off the fitters were fantastic and the product is of the best quality however the problem start with a bad survey the measurements were incorrect this mean the design would not fit as designed. Once again the fitters came to the rescue. We needed a special part to be made which has taken 10 days and a few hastening phone calls The part arrived today and gives what it is the wrong size. The fitter is going to try and make good but. The company attitude is that anyone can make a mistake. Yes but there is no come back. You pay up front the only money left to pay is the fitters who do there very best to help. The company says thee is no way for to compensate the customer for their mistakes. Just they will put it right but you are left with an unfinished product living in mess the company has already got all its money.
Overall great products, really fantastic fitters employed. TERRIBLE customer service when things go wrong. Can't really recommend. Shame really not a good expirence.
