Most of my order for new saucepans, was delivered promptly but I waited a month for the last item, a wok.I was given no indication when ordering that it was out of stock.Only found out when order arrived minus wok.I was then promised another date but had to follow up, always apologies.Bit of a nuisance as had changed to Induction hob so really needed the wok.Such a shame as price and quality seem good.

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience with the late delivery. Any items which are not immediately available on an order are normally highlighted to the customer with an Out of Stock Notification email and I'm very sorry that this didn't happen for you.
