I ordered 5 clip frames and 3 of the 5 were smashed when i opened the envelope.
Seems silly anyway to package glass in only a standard jiffy bag. Then i noticed the invoice had been back-dated by one day with a message saying that faulty or damaged goods should be reported within 3 days of receiving the invoice giving me only one day as i received the items on a friday to work. I rang on several occasions only to constantly get an irritating answer phone message.
On principle i would have usually followed this through more thrououghly however due to lack of time and little cost it wasnt worth my while. I now have 2 frames at the cost of 5!
