Spoke to this company twice before ordering to make sure they had the 1500 bath I required at the price on line as the bath I took out was a 1500 and we were short of space. They confirmed they did. Phoned a couple of days later and double checked again and then ordered my bath. Bath duly arrived. Due to difficulties with the plumber it wasn't fitted for about 10 weeks. When it was fitted the plumber stated afterwards that our cupboard doors wouldn't open as the space was limited. It turns out this company sent a 1700 bath. I duly contacted them and asked for paperwork and received a copy invoice which had no detail on it. I asked for confirmation and copies of our voice coms as all calls are recorded apparently. The company delayed responding and in fact we had to phone them several more times. Nothing was done. Eventualyl spoke to a manager who knew nothing of our complaint and request. Chased again several times and were eventually told they had no record of our calls despite date and time stamp being recorded on our invoice! Go figure! How convenient! They did nothing further to assist us. Our dilemma now is our credit card company won't refund unless we send the bath back. The company won't take the bath back and won't admit they sent the wrong one and it will cost us more money to get the plumber back to take out the bath and then re-fit a new bath. So now we have a bathroom that isn't functioning and is a complete waste of money as we can't open cupboard doors due to lack of space due to over sized bath. Rubbish company, interested in taking your money but not remotely interested in helping you or dealing with your complaints. Would never recomend and shall post bad reviews constantly about this company from now on on line whenever the chance arises!
