Disgusting customer service

I've paid for a wowcher to get hair extensions from samereh hair but have been unable to get hold of them... they have ignored all my voicemails and their website is down and has been for weeks now. I've contacted wowcher 5 times now and they keep saying they can't put me through to customer services but they will contact me as it's an urgent matter... 5 days later I have still heard nothing. I have explained that i'm getting married in a few weeks and (as I have no address for the people doing my hair) will now miss my appointment and my hair will not get done unless I find a new salon and pay full price which I can't afford. I am disgusted that wowcher for not dealing with this properly and I am so frustrated that I have had to waste so much time sorting this out and seem to be getting nowhere.... is it that hard for them to contact samerah? they are doing business with them afterall....

We are very sorry to hear that you ahve not been able to contact us, it sounds like your calls were picked up by our message centre who then forward your details to us, it can then take a few days for our team to return the call. We can only apologise that they did not inform you of this.
