I always have problems!

I cant fault the products that's why i keep ordering hoping each time will be different but sadly it never is. Iv made four seperate orders and each took over 2 weeks to get here and not without me sending e-mails. As i say products are great, No complaints but i wish they would use a different delivery service other than hermes, They are terrible!
